Data terms
What this is. You send us up to 20 open quotes. We build a list and a follow-up email. You review them, connect your Gmail, and click Send. We send one email per quote from your Gmail. It's free during the pilot.
What we take. For each quote: the customer's name and email, the job, the amount, the quote date, and who wrote it. We also keep the Google address you connect.
How we use it. Only to build your list and send your follow-ups. We don't sell it. We don't use it for our own marketing. We don't email your customers about anything else.
Your Gmail. We ask for permission to send email and to see your address. We can't read your inbox. Nothing goes out until you click Send. When the last email goes out, we revoke our access and delete the token. If a send never finishes, we delete it within 7 days of connecting.
Replies. They go to your inbox. We can't see them. We ask you to tell us who replied.
Deletion. If you don't sign up, we delete your list, your email and your link 30 days after the send, or 30 days after we built the list if you never sent. We also delete the emails and files you sent us, including any photos you texted. We keep totals only: quotes sent, replies, and dollars back in play. If you sign up, your data moves under the paid terms.
Early deletion. Ask us anytime at inbox@tradeboostusa.com and we'll delete it the same day.
Your customers. You tell us you have the right to contact these customers about their quotes. The emails go out under your name, from your account.
Case studies. We won't name your shop without your permission.
