What we collect. The quote details in our data terms, your shop name, your name, your Google address, and an encrypted Google token.

Google user data. We use Gmail access only to send the follow-up emails you approve and one test email to you. We don't read your email. We don't share Google user data with anyone, and we don't use it for ads or to train AI models. Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Where it lives. A database on Railway. Google tokens are encrypted by our app before they're stored. Our alerts to ourselves carry your shop's name and counts, never a customer's details.

How long. See "Deletion" in the data terms.

Your choices. You can remove any quote before sending, revoke access in your Google account at any time, or ask us to delete everything early.
